Wes Craven devised a masterpiece in the early 80's. It was a tale of a child killer, named Fred Krueger, who was burned alive by the parents of the children he killed...But it didn't end there. Good 'Ol Fred made a deal with someone, and has returned in their dreams! Only when you stop breathing in your dreams, you stop breathing for real! 1, 2, Freddy's comming for you...

Summary and Reviews:

Nancy's been having some bad dreams lately, but can't quite figure out why. I know who knows, and he's out for revenge! Poor Nancy has moved into the exact house where Freddy lived, and now his deal has come true. Now in their dreams, he's unstoppable, and Elm Street will never be the same.

Nightmare 1 was a good horror slasher flick. The whole idea of Freddy comming back in dreams is great, although this one isn't my favortie, it's defiently up there. 4 of 5 Stars.

Freddy's Revenge! A new kid has moved into the Elm Street house, and now Freddy must use him to be reborn! He soon starts learning that Freddy is indeed alive through him, and has to stop it. Will he prevail? Find out...

Nightmare 2 was the first Nightmare I saw acctually, and scared the shit out of me as a kid. This one is a good addition to the series, so pick it up. 4 of 5 Stars.

Nancy returns to help some troubled children at a sleep disorder clinic. What she and the rest don't realize is that Freddy is the man behind their dreams! She teaches the children to use their dreams as a weapon, in hopes to combat Freddy in his own world. Look out Fred, it's the Dream Warriors!

I think we'd all have to agree this is the best of the series. For all that have seen it. It has the hilarious one-liners, the crazy killings, and good acting. This definetly gets 5 of 5 Stars.

Freddy's been buried, but he's not dead! The Dream Master is back, and now the survivors of the 3rd installment have to teach the new Elm Street children how to destroy Freddy!

Part 4 was a different version of part 3 kinda. It had the same chills and thrills, and definetly wasn't a flop. 4 of 5 Stars.

Since the Elm Street kids gave Fred quite a whoopin' in the 4th, he now needs power to become reborn again in dreams. He impregnates Alice with his child, hopeing to be reborn once again, only a crew of the final Elm Street children intend to stop him.

The Dream Child sounded like an interesting idea, but really wasn't. The movie was half-assed, some scenes were nice. It's not horrible, but it's not great either. 3 of 5 Stars.

Freddy's Dead? Not quite, but close to it. A lone stranger is picked up by local police found walking aimlessly outside of Springwood, Ohio. He has lost all memory of his past life, but now bits and pieces are comming back to him. He soon believes himself that he must be Freddy's only child and has a female doctor help him uncover his past. What he doesn't know, and what we do, is that the Doctor is acctually Freddy's kid, and now, it's the final battle in a family fued!

Freddy's Dead was a good movie. It was presented in theatres in 3-D(the last 15 minutes) and that added to the whole experience. 4 of 5 Stars.

Heather Leagenkamp, the actress who played Nancy, is asked by Wes Craven himself to star in the new Nightmare movie. She's had a bad feeling about it and declines. Soon her child starts singing the Nightmare tune, and her husband is killed mysteriously. What she and the rest of the cast don't know is that Freddy has somehow incarnated himself into our world, and is going after Heather in reality!

New Nightmare was a great idea. Although i'd hate to see the Freddy of old be gone, New Nightmare introduced us to a reality where Freddy exsists amoungst us, and there is no escape. 4 of 5 Stars.
